1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs will be added and displayed before the order is completed.
3. Payment
We offer secure payment solutions through our payment partners. Payment is charged when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
4. Delivery
We ship throughout Norway. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delays may occur during periods of high demand or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
Important Information About Hygiene Products
Our towels are considered hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or washed.
The towels are delivered wrapped with a belly band and label, allowing you to see and feel the product before opening the packaging. If the packaging seal has been broken, we unfortunately cannot approve the return.
How to Return an Item
Please send us an email at [email protected] including your order number. You will then receive further return instructions.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Complaints
If the product has defects or faults, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
For approved complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
7. Product Information
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions.
Our products are handmade and/or produced using natural materials. Therefore, slight variations in color, pattern, size, and weight may occur from product to product. Any stated size and weight are therefore approximate and for guidance only.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information is used solely to process orders and provide necessary customer service.
